HOW TO BOOK A STUDIO SESSION

THE CHOICE OF MASTERING
Choose between stereo mastering, stems, or MixMaster stem according to your production level and that of your mix:
- Pro to intermediate level, go for stereo mastering., optez pour le stéréo mastering.
- Semi-pro to intermediate level, le stems masteringmastering stems will correct some shortcomings of a home studio mix.
- Newbie? If you are unsure of your mix or the level of your production, the MixMaster stems offers unmatched control and will deliver the best results.
- Pro to intermediate level, go for stereo mastering., optez pour le stéréo mastering.

YOUR OPTIONS AND REVISIONS
- Do you need a factory DDP ?
- Do you need mastering for vinyl engraving ?
- Do you need alternative versions (if yes, specify: a capella, Live, Instrumental, ...)

PREPARE YOUR FILES FOR YOUR MASTERING
Before your session, we recommend that you consult this help on the specifics of audio files.
We recommend that you check each file carefully and listen fully for each one, including the stems.
- Do not apply any limiter, compressor, or equalizer before your export.
- Verify that your files meet the following conditions:
- Formats : .wav ou .aiff
- Résolution : 24 ou 32 Bits ( without dithering )
- Frequency : 44, 48, 96, ou 192 k
- Volume : -2 à -6 db Peak (master volume only)
- Formats : .wav ou .aiff
If you are unsure of how to export your tracks, you should export your files with the same resolution and frequency as those used when creating your session in DAW (digital audio workstation).
If you need more information, you can refer to the support and documentation for your DAW (digital audio workstation)..

ABOUT THE ARCHIVING OF THE MASTERS
We do not undertake to keep your masters. Once we have sent them to you, it is your responsibility to store them and back them up. We keep them for a while, for the purposes of revisions and reworking only. Also, we cannot guarantee that we can resend them to you after a certain period of time.
